The main majority shareholder of Credit Europe Leasing IFN. S. A. is Credit Europe Bank (România) S.A. with a participation of 99.99933% of the company’s shares and the rest of the shares 0.00067% are held by Credit Europe Bank NV. Credit Europe Bank (România) S.A. was constituted in February 2000. Credit Europe Bank NV. with registered office in Amsterdam ― Holland was constituted in 1994. Credit Europe Bank (România) S.A. and Credit Europe Bank NV are members of the international group Fiba, whose services cover the entire financial sector.

The company takes the benefit of the same young and creative team of experts, who will continue to offer consulting and assistance for the entire collaboration length with the customers.

Credit Europe Leasing IFN. S. A. concluded in 2007 on the local market approximately 3,200 contracts amounting approximately 204.2 million EUR. Taking the benefits of the financial support and the international expertise of the majority shareholder, the company proposes itself to continue to play a more and more active role in the leasing field in Romania, by financing a various range of goods, from cars and commercial vehicles to any type equipment and real assets investments.

One of the first objectives of the managing team is to maintain the same high quality of the services destined to the local customers, on the grounds of the know-how hold by the shareholder ― Credit Europe Bank N. V.

Beyond the changing of its name and registered office, all the other contact and identification data of the company remain the same. Credit Europe Leasing IFN. S. A. continues to offer complete leasing services, aimed to natural and legal entities.
