Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA has a new major shareholder

2008, the year Credit Europe Leasing is celebrating 10 years of successes on Romanian leasing market, brings a new shareholder structure as well.

Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA is pleased to announce that in line with the strategy of Credit Europe Group to harmonize the activities of group companies in each country, Credit Europe Bank (Romania) S.A. is becoming the major shareholder of Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA replacing Credit Europe Bank NV (Holland). The new structure will be as follows:

• Credit Europe Bank (Romania) SA will own a total of 560,091 shares, with a total value of RON 75,052,194, representing 99.99965% of the total share capital.
• Credit Europe Group N.V. (Holland) will own a total of 2 shares with a total value of RON 268, representing 0.00035% of the total share capital.

Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA has evolved in the past 10 years into a prestige leasing provider with leading products and high profile brand name in Romanian leasing market.

Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA is a member of “The Financial Companies Association - ALB Romania” that currently counts a total of 34 leasing and consumer credit companies that are well recognized and represented at the international level.
