Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA increases its share capital by 10,000,000 EURO

Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA is increasing its share capital up to the level of RON 75,052,462 (out of which 47,582,462 RON and 8,200,000 EURO).
This is the second important increase of the share capital registered by the company after the re-branding of Finans International Leasing IFN SA in Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA. The company decided to increase the share capital to 36,600,090 RON (10,000,023 EURO) through the issuance of 273,135 shares.
The main shareholder Credit Europe Bank NV (Holland) has contributed to share capital through the submission of 36,599,956 RON (9,999,987 Euros), equivalent to 273,134 shares.
With this increase, the structure of the share capital of Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA will be the following:
- Credit Europe Bank NV (Holland) will own a total of 560,091 shares, with a total value of RON 75,052,194, representing 99.99965% of the total share capital.
- Credit Europe Group NV (Holland) will own a total of 2 shares with a total value of RON 268, representing 0.00035% of the total share capital.
Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA ended 2007, on the local market, 3,200 contracts worth 204.2 million Euros, placing itself on 6th rank among bank affiliated leasing companies , according to statistics of ALB (The Financial Companies Association).
Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA is a member of “The Financial Companies Association - ALB Romania” that currently counts a total of 33 leasing and consumer credit companies that are well recognized and represented at the international level
With the financial support and international experience of the majority shareholder, the company intends to play an important role in 2008 by increasingly active in the field of Romanian leasing, funding a wide range of goods from cars and commercial vehicles up to any equipment type and real estate investments.
